1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or digital services
  • Products on sale or purchased using a promo code (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at antarikhyadas9@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • (Optional) Photos if the item is damaged or defective
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
  3. Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Email us with clear photos showing the issue.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, including original shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days if approved.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damaged products.

6. Exchanges

We only replace defective or sent-in error items. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at antarikhyadas9@gmail.com.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel, email us immediately at antarikhyadas9@gmail.com with your order number.
